First impressions are everything and MLS photos are often the first impression potential buyers will have with your listing.


My goal is to make your listing look as good as possible! I want each image to stand on its own as a testament to my work. No matter the size, location, or price of your listing, every shot deserves my best efforts.


sometimes that means drone shots are necesarry due to a myriad of reasons. Because of that, I include drone shots as a standard service.


(Please note that standard delivery times are 2-3 days from appointment. Also, there is an additional charge of $0.75 per mile for listings greater than 25 miles from Indian Springs Village.)

My Process

 

1.Choose your date/time

 

Click "Book Me" to be taken to my calendar. Chose the date/time that works best for you. Fill out the form and submit.

 

 

2.Call, text, or email

 

I will contact you via the method you chose on the contact form to confirm your appointment and go over any particulars.

IMPORTANT: If you haven't heard from me, you are not booked!

 

 

3.Picture time

 

I go out and photograph your listing!


I am an associate member of the Birmingham Association of Realtors and have e-Key access. If your listing is secured by other means, please let me know.

 

 

4.Delivering photos

 

Standard delivery times are 2-3 days.


* I do my best to deliver every job the next day, but that's not always possible. If you absolutely need next-day delivery, be sure to let me know. Just know there is an additional fee of $50 for guaranteed next-day delivery because I am putting other work on hold to work on your listing.
